A cosmetic composition is provided to improve skin wrinkles and skin elasticity effectively by promoting synthesis of collagen and enhancing expression of integrin, thereby being usefully used for preventing skin aging. A cosmetic composition for improving skin wrinkles and skin elasticity comprises 0.000001-15.0 wt.% of an extract of Morinda citrifolia as an effective ingredient, wherein the extract is obtained by extracting fruits of the Morinda citrifolia with water, C1-4 alcohol, acetone, ethyl acetate, chloroform and 1,3-butyleneglycol. Further, the composition is in a form of solution, paste, gel, cream, lotion, powder, soap, oil, powder foundation, wax foundation and spray.
