A matching circuit and a dual-band power amplifier is provided to amplify a mixed signal in respective frequency bands at the same time by implementing the matching circuit in the dual-band power amplifier. A matching circuit includes main and sub matching blocks(101,102), which are formed in series on a signal path of wireless frequency circuits. The sub matching block includes a serial matching block(110), which is connected to the main matching block in series, and a parallel matching network(170), which is connected to an opposite side where the main matching block is connected and connected in parallel on the signal path. The parallel matching network includes first, second, and third parallel matching blocks. The first parallel matching block sets a connection point with the serial matching block to be an open state on a wireless frequency at a first frequency. The second parallel matching block sets a connection point with the parallel matching block to be a close state on a wireless frequency at the first frequency. Impedance of the main and serial matching blocks that are connected in series is matched at the first frequency. Impedance of the main and sub matching blocks which are connected in series is matched at a second frequency other than the first frequency.
