<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a black beverage obtained by using black sesame and black soybean, containing efficiently extracted anthocyanin and suppressing the ingestion of calory. <P>SOLUTION: The beverage comprises an extracted liquid obtained by extracting the roasted black sesame and the black soybean in a raw bean state without roasting with water. The beverage is prepared by soaking the roasted black sesame and the black soybean in the raw bean state without roasting in the water heated to 70-80°C for a prescribed time, heating the resultant mixture to 100°C, stirring the water when the temperature reaches 100°C, keeping the temperature of the water at 100°C while stirring the water, filtering off the black sesame and the black soybean in the water, and adding water thereto. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
