<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a user to easily register schedule information even by a mobile phone and a personal digital assistant having low operability or even when an information processing terminal does not exist on the hand side. <P>SOLUTION: A character string conversion means 3B converts schedule voice of the user arriving from a communication network 4 into an input character string. A morpheme analysis means 3D analyzes the input character string into a plurality of input morphemes in a unit of a part of speech. An information extracting means 3C extracts schedule information on the desired schedule content included in the input character string on the basis of the input morpheme.
