PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To automatically calculate a testing load value, by only inputting a rated voltage value and a rated power value and a testing power value or a testing current value of a generator to be tested by selecting a resistor necessary to generate testing resistance values from a plurality of resistors, and outputting a selected result as a signal. SOLUTION: A rated voltage value and a rated power value and a testing power value or a testing current value of a generator to be tested can be input by a programmable controller 13 of a touch panel 31. A testing resistance value necessary for generating a testing load is calculated from the input rated voltage value and the rated power value and the testing power value or the testing current value. Then, a resistor necessary for generating the testing resistance value is selected by the controller 13, and a selected result is output as a signal. A control circuit 11 connects the resistor necessary for generating the resistance value to a load circuit by inputting the signal. Thus, if the input rated voltage value and the rated power value and the testing power value or the testing current value are input to the panel 31, the controller 13 automatically calculates the testing load value. |
