<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which drive-controls a blower motor for use in a variety of electrical household appliances and electrical equipment, wherein efficiency and reliability are enhanced and noise is reduced without the use of an expensive and complicated one-chip IC of a dielectric process. <P>SOLUTION: As major components of the driving device, a pridrive IC 5, a gate driver IC 9, and a MOSFET array 12 are used. Then, the MOSFET array 12 is energized and controlled by the pridrive IC 5. Thus, the driving device for the motor which is capable of driving and controlling the motor with high efficiency and less noise is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2004,JPO |
