<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a driving device which drive-controls a blower motor for use in a variety of electrical household appliances and electrical equipment, wherein efficiency and reliability are enhanced and noise is reduced without the use of an expensive and complicated one-chip IC of a dielectric process. <P>SOLUTION: As major components of the driving device, a pridrive IC 5, a gate driver IC 9, and a MOSFET array 12 are used. Then, the MOSFET array 12 is energized and controlled by the pridrive IC 5.
