PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably hold an operating part by providing the first finger setter through which a thumb is passed, and making the second finger setter through which a forefinger and a middle finger are passed and which is provided in a slider slidable back and forth along the operating part body rotatable about its axial line. SOLUTION: The operating part body 11 of an operating part 10 is formed in a slender rod with an electrical insulator, and the base end of a sheath 1 is connected with the tip by a stop ring 4 so that it can be connected and released. A slit 12 is formed in the body 11 to the axial direction, the ring-shaped first finger setter 21 through which operator's thumb is passed is integrally formed in the near side end of the body 11. A slider 13 is made of an electrically insulating material and formed in a cylindrical shape surrounding the body 11, and is disposed along the body 11 so as to be slidable back and forth. The second finger setter 22 formed in a pair of rings to pass operator's forefinger and middle finger is mounted about its axial line rotatably around the axial line against the slider 13, and the first finger setter 21 is provided unrotatably around the axial line. |
