<p>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cell separation set equipped with an instrument for metering the rinse solution that can exactly determine the rinse solution through simple operations, when specific cells are removed from cell population. SOLUTION: At least, a conduit 2 for introducing a liquid into the filter and another conduit 5 for draining the liquid from the filter are connected to the filter 4 for capturing specific cells. At the upstream of the filter 4, is set a rinse solution-metering device for trapping a certain amount of the rinse solution and for introducing the trapped rinse solution into the filter. In the blood circuit equipped with a device for metering the rinse solution, an electronic balance and the like are not used and the rinse operations can be markedly simplified and the removal of the target cells and recovery of the necessary cells by using exact amounts of the rise solution can be performed with high reproducibility.</p> |
