摘要 The invention relates to area of general machine-building and deals with methods and devices for control of tightness of hollow articles with prevailing use in rocket-space engineering for control of tightness of fuel tanks of rockets and instrument compartments of spacecrafts. Method for control of tightness of articles is based on connection of the article to control vessel with filling those with gas to working pressure and measuring change of parameters of gas during exposure time. To measure parameters of gas in control vessel one places lever with different arms, to its long arm one places the body, to the short one – weights that equilibrate it and have much smaller volume compared to the body, on the lower part of the long arn of the lever at normal to its surface one fixes the rod with coating applied to it, this is made of material that is not soaked with liquid, and under the rod one installs transparent vessel that is partially filled with liquid with small vapor pressure. One connects the article with control vessel, supplies there gas at working pressure and determines decrease of density of gas during exposure by value of immersion of the rod to liquid, this is determines by visual, optical or electric method or from combination of those. Technical result is in decrease of time and increase of accuracy of control of tightness due to exclusion of effect of gas temperature change in the article on results of control.
