Programming of the lathe is carried out in steps by combining commands for alternating values for diameter, length and/or feed. - Independent claims are also included for (a) the use of this process for cutting special threading into screw-fit artificial hip joint sockets, and (b) specially threaded screw-fit artificial hip joints made using this turning process.</p> |
