<p>The method involves permanent magnets (12) acting together to make a functional and dynamic system based on the magnets' positions relative to working phases of the engine with a speed-varying apparatus provided with a steel casting (18), to generate components with opposed propulsive magnetic flux, and resultant forces. Some of the magnets act along the flux generating direct axial forces. The remaining magnets act along the flux generating radial forces transformed into axial propulsive forces, along their operating and assembling principles. An independent claim is also included for a speed-varying engine comprising a cylinder head.</p> |
