<p>A method for increasing caloric value of gas generated from steelworks is provided to remove more than 70% of CO2 by optimizing gas/liquid ratio of by-product and CO2 to obtain more than 900 Kcal/m^2 of caloric value. A method for increasing caloric value of gas generated from steelworks by absorbing and removing CO2 contained in by-product gas includes a step of allowing the by-product gas to make contact with ammonia liquid whose concentration is 10 to 50g/L in an absorption tower(10), wherein the gas/liquid ratio of the by-product gas and the ammonia liquid is 40 to 120.</p> |
