BIOCHIP KIT AND METHOD OF TESTING BIOLOGICAL SAMPLE

A biochip kit is provided to concentrate light enough and detect an accurate wavelength by placing a detecting portion as adjacent as possible regarding a biochip exposed to the outside, thereby improving the test reliability. A method for testing a bio-sample is provided to automate the test of a plurality of the biochip kits in sequence, thereby improving testing efficiency. A biochip kit(10) comprises: a first housing(110); a biochip placed inside the first housing and including a plurality of probes; and a second housing(120) which is engaged with the first housing to cover the biochip, provides a reaction space together with the first housing and is isolated from the first housing to expose the upper surface of the biochip. A method for testing a bio-sample comprises the steps of: (a) providing the biochip kit; (b) subjecting the bio-sample to a coupling reaction between the probe and the bio-sample by providing the bio-sample inside the reaction space; (c) isolating the second housing to expose the upper surface of the biochip; and (d) adjacently placing a detecting portion on the exposed biochip to test whether the probe and the bio-sample are coupled to each other. Further, the first housing or the second housing contains inlet/outlet.
