A windmill has a fixed support, wind wheel axis of rotation of which is placed in vertical position, transformer of wind energy that is placed on fixed support and connected to wind wheel, additional wind wheel, hydraulic pump and hydraulic turbine that interacts with hydraulic pump. At that the windwheel is kinematicaly connected to the hydraulic turbine and additional wind wheel is connected to hydraulic pump. |
