A display device is provided to improve a ground structure of the display device simply by using a fixing member on which a protrusion is formed and a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) on which a ground part is formed. A display device includes a display panel, a conductive fixing member(34), and a PCB(40). The conductive fixing member fixes the display panel. The PCB connects to the display panel and provides a driving signal to the display panel. A ground part is formed in the PCB. The fixing member includes a protrusion(341) contacted with the ground part. The protrusion includes one or more branch parts(3411) stretched in one direction. |
