<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coil spring which is usable for the same purpose as a coil spring made of a metal and has a large elastic force. <P>SOLUTION: Molding equipment 1 comprises a first mold member 2, a second mold member 3 joined to and separated from the first mold member 2, a core 8 disposed at the joining surfaces of these mold members 2 and 3, and helical cavities 6 are formed in the first and second mold members 2 and 3 and in the circumference of the core 8. Slide cores 2c and 2d shifting in parallel to the joining surface of the first mold member 2 are disposed for the first mold member 2, while slide cores 3c and 3d shifting in parallel to the joining surface of the second mold member 3 are disposed, and the helical cavities 6 are injection-molded by an arrangement formed of a combination of the cavities on the mold member side forming a helix of a prescribed length with the cavity on the slide core side, in this manufacturing method of a coil spring of a synthetic resin. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
