A groove (61) (chucked portion) which makes chucking from outside of the device possible, is set up in a permanent magnet (3a) which is arranged in an objective lens driving device (50). By this arrangement, chucking of the permanent magnet (3a) is performed surely utilizing a jig and positional adjustment of the permanent magnet (3a) can be performed in a final step of assembling for the objective lens driving device (50). As a result, a center of driving force and a center of supporting of the objective lens driving device (50) can be in a state that they agree with each other, and a tilting of an objective lens (9) can be cut down when the device is driven.
