A process for preparation of crude oil consists in the fact that premium light crude with the low content of sulphur with preliminary its preparation to transportation, is intermixed with the correspond low-quality heavy crude, having high content of sulphur, in a ratio, which enables to obtain a mixture of crude with the content of sulphur below 1.8 weight percents, and with the density, ranging within 850-870 kg/m, and with appropriate fractional makeup (at the petroleum refining the outcome of fraction with the temperature below 200°С is no less than 21 volume percents, and below 340°С- no less than 42 volume percents) and with the content of dangerous admixtures for transportation and petroleum processing, which does not exceed the set values for the crude of the Urals mark (the total fraction of methyl-ethyl-sour admixtures does not exceed 60 ppm, and hydrogen sulfide -100 ppm). If the density of the mixture is below the mentioned upper limit of 870 kg/m, than the low-quality high-sulfur crude is desulphurized by means of hydrofining or by other method and the content of sulphur in it is tempered to such percent (weight), that the mixture of the purified low-quality crude with the high-quality had the content of sulphur of 1.8 weight percents, and the density of such mixture was equal to the mentioned upper limit of the density value, and the fractional makeup of mixture and content of dangerous admixtures satisfied the mentioned demands. |
