摘要 The present invention relates generally to the devices, carrying out a stop of process of iterative turbo decoding (turbo codes decoding process), and can be applied to optimization of process of iterative decoding at low signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) for increase decoder's coefficient of efficiency.The key idea of the approach consists in optimization of decoding is carried out not only due to a preschedule stop of decoding of packages in which correction of all errors, but also due to the termination of processing of packages is executed, the structure and quantity of errors in which do not allow to execute their correct decoding for comprehensible quantity of iterations.Result of the device using is essential decrease in quantity of the iterations which are carried out by the decoder for reception of a package, not containing errors for channels with low SNR values. The important feature is that fact, that using of the device does not lead to increase of probability of a batch error.
