A mobile communication system, its handover control method, a radio base station and a mobile station are provided to avoid a ping-pong phenomenon that a handover sequence to a different cell including a source eNodeB occurs immediately after an MS(Mobile Station) performs handover to one cell. A wireless communication unit(11) communicates with eNodeBs via an antenna(16). A radio quality measurement unit(12) measures radio quality of neighbor radio base stations including a UE(User Equipment) and the eNodeBs. A handover processing unit(13) processes handover with respect to the UE according to an instruction of a source eNodeB. A CPU(Central Processing Unit)(14) controls the operations of the wireless communication unit, the radio quality measurement unit and the handover processing unit according to a program previously stored in a memory(15). |
