An apparatus protecting a ground device box of an underground distribution line is provided to protect the ground device box against impact by forming a plurality of elastic balls of an impact absorption assembly toward a vehicle and absorb the impact through a spring connected to the impact absorption assembly. A ground device box(10) includes a main body(11), a wheel installation projection(12), a plurality of wheels, and dust blocking wool. The main body is elastically supported to posts(20) and front posts(30). The posts are fixed by being stood at two corners of a side walk side of the ground device box and at a rear corner of a vehicle driving direction. The front posts are installed on both sides of the corner of the ground device box and include a plurality of loops(31) on a body. A plurality of horizontal rods(40) are fixed between the posts and between the front post and the post horizontally. A corner support(50) is fixed so that the post and the ground device box are elastically supported at a corner of a post side of the ground device box. The corner support is fixed to a corner of the ground device box by forming a fixing bracket(52) on one side. One end of a spring(53) is fixed by forming a flange(52-1) on a center of the fixing bracket and the other end thereof is fixed to one side of a flange(51-1) formed on a fixing band(51). A wall support(60) is fixed so that the front post and the ground device box are elastically supported to a wall of a front post side of the ground device box. One end of a spring is fixed by forming a spring connection unit(62-1) on a fixing bracket(62) and the other end thereof is fixed to one side of a flange(61-1) formed on a fixing band(61). An impact absorption assembly(70) includes a plurality of arc-shaped bars(71), a plurality of fixing bars(72), a plurality of bar holes formed on centers of the fixing bars, elastic balls(74) on outside ends of the fixing bars, and springs(75) fixed on both sides with respect to the bar holes. An inside safety wall is a concrete wall fixedly installed on the ground by being positioned inside the ground device box. |
