A solid fuel using combustible waste is provided to increase a heating value of the solid fuel according to the combustion of the solid fuel, reduce the generation of contaminants during the combustion of the solid fuel, and enable the solid fuel to be used as fuels for power generation and industrial boilers, and a method and an apparatus for manufacturing the solid fuel using combustible waste are provided. A method for manufacturing a solid fuel using combustible waste comprises: a combustible fuel manufacturing step of mixing a first combustible waste comprising a pulverized combustible waste synthetic resin, a second combustible waste comprising a pulverized wood and a waste fiber, a liquid or solid heating valu-complementing additive, and a material for preventing emission of harmful gases during the combustion to prepare a first combustible fuel; a first compression step of pressurizing the first combustible fuel to mill the first combustible fuel and compressing the first combustible fuel to increase the density of the first combustible fuel; a combustible fuel molding step of secondly compressing the first compressed fuel and discharging the secondly compressed fuel through a nozzle to mold the secondly compressed fuel; a combustible fuel cutting step of cutting the molded combustible fuel; and a packing step of packing the cut combustible waste. |
