摘要 A preparation method of fermented soybeans using a multi-function microwave oven is provided to allow soybeans to be stirred while being boiled in a soybean-boiling container and then the boiled soybeans to be automatically fermented. In a multi-function microwave oven equipped with a soybean-boiling container(140) which has a mixing device(141) and is fixed to a tray(123), a preparation method of fermented soybeans comprises the steps of: (a) judging the fixed state of a container if a fermented-soybeans preparation mode is selected; (b) guiding a change of containers according to the fixed state of the container; (c) confirming the fixed state of the container, and inputting cooking conditions for the preparation of fermented soybeans; (d) performing a soybean-boiling process by rotating the container and operating the mixing device if the cooking conditions are input; and (e) stopping the rotation of the container and the operation of the mixing device if the soybean-boiling process is completed, and then operating a convection heater to ferment the boiled soybeans for a fixed time.
