METHOD FOR PERFORMING OF ANAESTHESIA AT THE POLYFOCAL TRANSRECTAL BIOPSY OF PROSTATE GLAND

A method for performing of anaesthesia at the polyfocal transrectal biopsy of prostate gland comprises the use of local anesthetics. The novocaine solution or lidocaine solution is transrectally introduced into the area of prostate column localization along its posterolateral surface from the both sides, which is controled using ultrasound pointing. After that the biopsy of prostate gland is carried out in concordance with a standart protocol.
