摘要 A food composition for improving and preventing liver disease containing shellfish extract and other materials such as potassium citrate, drink flavor, vitamin complex, amino acid complex and benzoic acid is provided to ensure effects of inducing physiological activity, improving liver function, regenerating liver cell and treating liver disease. Shellfish is mixed with 1 to 5 times the weight of distilled water without separation of skin and meat, extracted at 150 to 250deg.C and 1.5 to 3 atm for 1 to 5hr and filtered. The shellfish extract is diluted with 1.5 to 3 times the weight of distilled water. Then 95 to 99.879% by weight of the diluted shellfish extract is mixed with 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of potassium citrate, 0.05 to 1% by weight of drink flavor, 0.001 to 1.0% by weight of vitamin complex, 0.01 to 1.0% by weight of amino acid complex and 0.05 to 1.0% by weight of benzoic acid. The shellfish contains Pseudocardium sachalinensis, Batillus cornutus, Mytilus coruscus, oyster, Ruditapes philippinarum, Tegillarca granosa, Semisulcospira libertina, Class Gastropoda and abalone.
