摘要 <p>An organic light emitting display device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve a driving characteristic of a transistor by reducing contact resistance by directly coupling a switching output electrode of a switching thin film transistor and a driving control electrode of a driving thin film transistor without a connection electrode. An organic light emitting display device includes a substrate(101), a switching thin film transistor(T1), a driving thin film transistor(T2), a color filter(132), insulating films(116,126), a pixel electrode(130), an organic light emitting member(134), and a common electrode(136). The substrate has a plurality of sub pixels. The switching thin film transistor is formed per sub pixel and includes a first control electrode, a first input electrode, and a first output electrode. The driving thin film transistor is connected to the switching thin film transistor and includes a second control electrode, a second input electrode, and a second output electrode. The color filter is formed on at least one sub pixel region. The insulating films are formed on the switching thin film transistor, the driving thin film transistor, and the color filter and have slant grooves(131). The pixel electrode is connected to the driving thin film transistor. The organic light emitting member is formed on the pixel electrode. The common electrode is formed on the organic light emitting member.</p>
