An exhaust gas measuring bag is provided to prevent reduction of exhaust speed due to pressure loss at the time of exhaustion by separately forming a gas inlet and a gas outlet, for exhausting gas through the gas outlet only when the gas in a bag body is exhausted, thereby performing purge and back dump in a short period of time. An exhaust gas measuring bag comprises a gas connection part(1), a pipe(2a,2b), a bag body, a gas exhaust port(4), and a valve(5). The gas connection part is connected to an external passage in which measurement gas flows, having an internal passage(10) in which the measurement gas received from the external gas flows. The pipe is connected to the internal passage of the gas connection part, having a plurality of gas discharge holes. The bag body, which is deformable, has an internal space for receiving at least a side to which the pipe is connected, and the entire pipe, and seals the gas discharged through the gas discharge holes inside the internal space. The gas exhaust port is provided at the gas connection part or as a separate member from the gas connection member, exhausts the gas sealed in the internal space to the external passage. The valve is disposed on an exhaust passage(13) connecting the gas exhaust port to the external passage for opening the exhaust passage at the time of exhaustion of gas to allow the gas to pass while closing the exhaust passage in a non-exhaustion period to prevent the gas from passing.
