摘要 A low temperature zone-shielding type moving beam device of a reheating furnace is provided to effectively prevent a drop of temperature in the reheating furnace as a whole by simultaneously inflow of external air according to operational failure of a water seal box and dividingly shielding an inner part of the reheating furnace and a low temperature zone in the circumference of bottom openings of the reheating furnace through which moving beams move to move a workpiece such as a slab. A low temperature zone-shielding type moving beam device of a reheating furnace comprises: moving beam posts(172) vertically disposed through openings(154) formed in a bottom(152) of the reheating furnace body; moving beams(170) horizontally extending from top parts of the posts to move a workpiece within the reheating furnace; and a low temperature zone shielding part(1) which extends from the moving beam posts to shield a low temperature zone(A) in the circumference of the bottom openings even during the operation of the moving beams along the opening direction of the bottom openings, and which is installed aslope to separate a scale. The low temperature zone shielding part includes: an inner pipe(10) which is slantly connected and fixed to the moving beam posts such that the inner pipe communicates with an inner pipe(172b) of the moving beam posts, and which extends in the opening direction of the bottom openings to cover the bottom openings; and a refractory body(30) for covering an outer wall of the inner pipe. The low temperature zone shielding part additionally includes an auxiliary refractory body(32) formed on the refractory body and a post refractory body of the low temperature zone shielding part to cover the bottom openings more securely.
