A slide module and a portable terminal having the slide module are provided to configure elastic members which offer elastic power by connecting the first rotative bar to the second rotative bar, thereby simplifying and miniaturizing a structure. One end of the first rotative bar(50) is hinge-coupled with the first slide member. One end of the second rotative bar(52) is hinge-coupled with the second slide member while the other end thereof is hinge-coupled with the first rotative bar, and the second rotative bar is disposed in a type having an inclined angle with the first rotative bar. Elastic members(54) are connected between the first and second rotative bars, and generate elastic power in a direction that a gap between the first and second rotative bars is widened.
