An assembly structure of a concrete filled steel tube is provided to transmit axial force and shearing force to a lower foundation and absorb horizontal load by installing a column base to the lower foundation rotatably via a core member. An assembly structure of a concrete filled steel tube comprises a lower foundation(200), a column(100) of a steel tube, a reinforcing plate(130), a through-hole, and a core member(300). The lower foundation is formed of concrete. The column is set on the lower foundation and filled with concrete. The reinforcing plate is fixed on the lower foundation and provided with a support hole(132) at the center. The through-hole is formed at the center of a column base(110) of the column, and corresponding to the support hole. The core member is fixed to the lower foundation, passing through the through-hole and the support hole.
