PAPER PACKING AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

A paper packing material and a manufacturing method for the same are provided to have excellent strength while having a thin thickness and to have a relatively high specific gravity to sustain the weight of a product. A manufacturing method of a paper packing material includes the steps of: (a) preparing an original paper; (b) processing the original paper in a desired shape; (c) forming a coating layer by applying a coating agent in which polymer consisting of 45-55 weight% of methyl methacrylate and 45-55 weight% of butyl acrylate, water and an emulsifier are mixed; (d) forming an adhesion layer by applying an adhesive consisting of 9.3 weight% of sodium oxide, 29.2 weight% of silicon dioxide, 61.48 weight% of water, 0.01 weight% of water insoluble matter and 0.01 weight% of diiron trioxide on the coating layer; and (e) adhering the surface of the original paper on which the adhesion layer is formed to the other original paper.
