A flocculant feeder is provided to obtain a maximum flocculation effect using a proper quantity of the flocculant when injecting a diluent of a liquid phase flocculant for water treatment into a flocculation basin. A flocculant feeder comprises: a pair of guide rails(40) joined with opposite both sidewalls on an inner part of a flocculation basin(50) in the vertical direction; a flocculant injector(20) including a lateral penetration bar(22) having sliding part(21) formed on both end portions thereof such that the sliding parts are slid along the guide rails, and a plurality of flocculant injection holes(25) formed in an outer peripheral surface thereof, and a longitudinal penetration bar(26) which is connected perpendicularly to a central part of the lateral penetration bar, and which has an flocculant injection tube(23) formed thereon; a flocculant diluter(10) for supplying a flocculant diluent to the flocculant injection tube, the flocculant diluent being prepared by diluting a flocculant(F) into a flocculant diluting water to a set ratio; and a transfer device(30) for transferring the flocculant injector in the vertical direction according to the operation of a motor.
