<p>A spiral passage plate for a freeze drying device and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to improve quality of freeze dried product and to improve productivity by spirally aligning a passage wherein a heat source is circulated. A spiral passage plate for a freeze drying device comprises a first plate(10), a hollow angular pipe(20), and a second plate(30). The first plate has an inlet pipe(12), and an outlet pipe(14). A heat medium is passed through the inlet pipe from external and discharged through the outlet pipe. The hollow angular pipe is spirally placed on the first plate, and has an inlet(22) and an outlet(24). The inlet is connected to the inlet pipe and the outlet is assembled to the outlet pipe. The second plate is engaged with the hollow angular pipe to cover. The first plate, the hollow angular member, and the second plate are made of stainless steel.</p> |
