<p>An international roaming service system and a method are provided to offer a server which supports various services in users' own languages to the foreign roaming phone users within foreign customer support centers in each foreign country, so that smooth data communication can be executed in the foreign countries. More than one domestic communication provider server(100) is installed in a domestic country as supporting wire/wireless data and voice services under various network circumstances. More than one foreign customer support center server(700) is installed in each foreign country to perform wire/wireless data services and call center/web services in the field. More than one foreign communication provider server(800) is installed in each foreign country as supporting voice and wire/wireless data services under various network circumstances. A roaming phone(250) is capable of using a portable phone number used in the domestic country as it is even in the foreign countries.</p> |
