A method for manufacturing a wire grid polarizer is provided to fill metal nano particles in a micro channel by dipping a laminate in an organic solution. A stripe pattern resin layer(12) is formed on a substrate(10). A PDMS(PolyDiMethylSiloxane) cover is placed on the resin layer, such that plural micro channels are formed on the substrate. A laminate structure is dipped in a solution or an organic solution, where metal nano particles are dispersed, such that the metal nano particles are filled in the micro channels. The metal nano particles are converted into a gel state, such that a wire grid is formed. The PDMS cover is separated from the resin layer.
