A gate driver and an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) device using the same are provided to supply stable gate off signals by sharing a reset signal and a start time pulse supplied to a dual gate driver. A gate driver includes a circuit unit(132) and a wiring unit(134). The circuit unit includes plural stages, whose output terminals are connected to plural gate lines. Then, the stages output gate driving signals as gate clock pulses to be supplied to plural gate lines in response to a start time pulse. The wiring unit includes start time pulse wires, which receive the start time pulse from outside and supply the start time pulse to input terminals of odd and even first stages among the stages, and reset wires, which are connected to reset terminals of the stages. The odd stages include a first dummy stage, whose carry terminal is connected to a control terminal of the last odd stage. The even stages include a second dummy stage, whose carry terminal is connected to a control terminal of the last even stage. An output terminal of the second dummy stage supplies a reset signal to the reset wires.
