A mobile communication terminal is provided to block a DC(Direct Current) abandoned to an antenna from a switch unit, thereby improving radiation performance of the antenna, consequently reliability of the mobile communication terminal can be enhanced. A ground unit is formed on a main PCB(Printed Circuit Board) as being connected with an antenna(150). An input/output interface unit(120) is connected with an external cable for testing transmission and reception performance of the antenna. A switch unit(180) enables a wireless signal incoming from the antenna to be outputted through the cable, if the cable is connected to the input/output interface unit. A DC blocking unit(200) is connected with the ground unit, and blocks a DC abandoned to the ground unit from the switch unit.
