A stator core, a brushless direct current motor, and an assembling method thereof are provided to improve work efficiency by executing an assembly process after fixing a wire to a projection unit. A stator core(100) includes a cylindrical inner frame unit(130), a plurality of connection units(150), and outer frame units(170). The inner frame unit includes a rotor insertion unit(110) in the center. The connection units are radially projected from an outer circumferential surface of the inner frame unit outward. The outer frame units have arc-shaped cross sections by being coupled to ends of the connection units respectively. A projection unit(230) is formed on one end of the inner frame unit.
