A lens transferring device is provided to minimize loss of the driving force to be transmitted to a lens barrel and loss due to the frictional force, thereby improving the driving efficiency. A lens transferring device(200) comprises a lens barrel, a housing(220), an actuator(230), a preload member(240), and a guide part(250). The lens barrel has at least one lens(211) and a friction member(212). The lens barrel is arranged inside the housing. The actuator arranges a piezoelectric material(231) to a corner part of the housing for providing the driving force. At least one output material contacted with the fraction member is positioned in a side of the piezoelectric material. The preload member is arranged between the corner part of the housing and the actuator for providing elasticity to the lens barrel. The guide part is arranged between the housing and the lens barrel for guiding and transferring the lens barrel to an optical axis direction.
