An organic light emitting display and a method for manufacturing the same are provided to reduce an error and to improve reliability of products by preventing increase of a breakdown voltage. An organic light emitting display includes a substrate member(110), a thin film transistor(20), and an organic light emitting device(720). The thin film transistor has a semiconductor layer which is arranged on the substrate member. The organic light emitting layer is driven by a signal of the thin film transistor. The semiconductor layer of the thin film transistor has a lower semiconductor layer and an upper semiconductor layer. The lower semiconductor transistor is formed by a crystallization of a first amorphous silicon layer, and is arranged on the substrate member. The upper semiconductor layer is formed by the crystallization of a second amorphous silicon layer, and is arranged on the lower semiconductor layer. An inclination angle of a side plane of the upper semiconductor layer for a surface plane of the substrate member is gentler than the lower semiconductor. |
