A convertible table system for providing a table and then being convertible to a seat on a boat includes a pedestal being mounted to and extending upwardly from a deck of the boat. A conversion assembly is mounted to the pedestal to position the conversion assembly above the deck. The conversion assembly is actuatable between a table position and a chair position.
