A 3-position cylinder having an adjustable damping is provided to adjust a damping using an external damping valve even at a neutral position of the 3-position cylinder. A 3-position cylinder(100) having an adjustable damping includes a first cylinder(110), and a second cylinder(120). The first cylinder includes first piston forward/backward operation chambers(111,112). The second cylinder includes second piston forward/backward operation chambers(121,122). The first cylinder and second cylinder include a first piston rod(130) and a second piston rod(140), respectively. First damping valves(150,151) are installed at both ends of the first cylinder to adjust a damping speed of the first piston rod. Second damping valves(160,161) are installed at both ends of the second cylinder to adjust a damping speed of the second piston rod. |
