<p>A valve sealant fitting and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to keep uniform quality thereof during manufacturing with reduced manufacturing costs and reduced manufacturing times. A valve sealant fitting includes a sealant body(100), a vent cap(200), a spring coupling unit(150), and o-rings(160,160-1). The sealant body includes a cap coupling screw part(101), a valve coupling taper screw part(101-1), ball installation groove(103), a ball(110), a ball seat(120), and a coil spring(130). The cap coupling screw part is formed on upper exterior of the sealant body. The valve coupling taper screw part is formed on lower exterior of the sealant body. The ball is positioned on the ball installation groove. The ball seat supports the ball installation groove. The coil spring supports the ball seat. The vent cap is formed on the cap coupling screw part and includes a protrusion(210) and one or more vent groove(220). The protrusion blocks an injection hole(102). The spring coupling unit prevents separation of the coil spring. The o-rings seal the valve coupling taper screw part.</p> |
