An RF device and an RFID(Radio Frequency IDentification) device applying the same are provided to increase device reliability with increased coverage by improving electric property for RF connection with an induced current blocking layer for blocking an eddy current flow. A metallic pattern such as an antenna(120) is formed on an insulation substrate(124), and an IC(110) is formed on the insulation substrate and is connected to the metallic pattern. A first induced current blocking layer(130) is formed on the insulation substrate, is made of a conductive material, and is equipped with a slit. The metallic pattern is placed on one surface of the insulation substrate and the first induced current blocking layer is placed on another surface of the insulation substrate. A second induced current blocking layer(140) is formed on the insurance substrate and is made of a magnetic material such as ferrite.
