A cooking vessel is provided to improve thermal efficiency by placing a heating member heated by an induction heater within the cooking vessel, so that materials with low thermal resistance can be selected for manufacturing the cooking vessel. A cooking vessel(40) made of non-metallic material, having a space for containing foods to be cooked, comprises a heating member(50), a rod(53), a lid(60), and a handle(54). The heating member, which is removable from the space, is received in the cooking vessel. The rod has one end fixed to the heating member, and the other end extended to an inlet of the cooking vessel. The lid having a through hole through which the rod slides, is configured to open and close the inlet of the cooking vessel. The handle is combined to an upper side of the rod that passes the lid. |
