The system (1) has an actuation arm contacted with a spring element attached to a carrier bar guiding (5). A portion of the spring element is protruded through an opening of the spring element. An outer portion of the actuation arm is located in loose contact with another portion of the spring element. Two carrier bars (2, 3) are connected to an inside of a head rest (4) in a U-shape, where a carrier bar (2) is slidably mounted in the carrier bar guiding. The actuation arm is contacted with a button (6) that is pressed inside a mounting frame (6a) of the button.
