An ultrasound flowmeter is provided to almost completely remove tangential disturbance such as vortices and radial disturbance during flow measurement. An ultrasound flowmeter includes a measurement tube(1), ultrasound converter pairs(2), and ultrasound reflectors(4). The measurement tube is cylindrical in shape to contain the ultrasound converter pairs and provide a space for signal paths(5). The ultrasound converter pairs are alternately arranged on one half-cylindrical body and the other half-cylindrical body of the measurement tube in a way to form a parallel plane, so that the signal paths form a V shape. The signal paths have open ends on ends of the measurement tube.
