A hydraulic motor is provided to simplify a configuration element for controlling conversion of an operating fluid by employing an inverter having three coaxial members. An inverter(30) is installed in a casing(12). The inverter is provided with three coaxial members. The coaxial member has a shaft in parallel with a revolution shaft(13). The coaxial member is comprised of a first sleeve(38), a second sleeve(40), and a distributor(42). The first sleeve is extended into a first chamber(28) and integrated with a piston. The second sleeve is integrated with an end wall(18) of the casing to be fixed and extended to a first chamber passing the second chamber. The distributor is extended between the first and second chambers and rotated in the second sleeve. The inverter further includes tubes and opening elements which are arranged between the second sleeve and the distributor, and a controller for controlling the revolution of the distributor by a movement of the first sleeve.
