[PROBLEMS] To prepare a composition by extracting a rice bran extract containing a rice bran protein and separating the protein from the extract, wherein the composition has an excellent amelioration effect on abnormal lipid metabolism, shows a prophylactic or ameliorating effect on hyperlipemia, obesity or type II diabetes induced by abnormal lipid metabolism, is economically advantageous, and is safe with respect to allergy.
