<p>A method for preparing a sports muscle tape is provided to improve the convenience of use by cutting a sports muscle tape by various shapes according to the applied part of the body. A method for preparing a sports muscle tape comprises the steps of coating an organic solvent type acrylic adhesive or water-soluble acrylic adhesive on the surface of release paper(3) in liquid phase by a thickness of 20-80 micrometers; drying the coated release paper with hot wind at 140 deg.C for 2-5 min to fix the shape of an adhesive(2) and passing it through a roller mill to adhere it to a fiber layer(1); maturing the obtained product at 80 deg.C for 24 hours and completely drying it; cutting it by an I, Y or X shape according to the part and cutting it by a length of 20 cm to 5 m; putting the product in a sealed container, drying it with 0.2-10 g of menthol at 60-90 deg.C for 20 min to 1 hour, and heating it to allow menthol(5) to be coated on the upper part of the fiber layer.</p> |
